Experience : 5-7 years
Fusion HCM Lead : Note: Experience working in Compensation module is a MUST
Experience in ERP solutions primary being Fusion
Hands on in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management - Rel 11, experienced in development and managing tasks in Core and Compensation aspects of HCM module implementation and Support
Experienced in File Based Loader(FBL), Spreadsheet Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, BI Publisher.
Experience in cross geography implementation of Fusion Core and Compensation (Talent will be an added advantage)
Hands on experience in Oracle's development tools, including APIs, designing complex data models in BI Publisher, OTBI
Hands on experience in Customizations within Fusion
Experience in Approval workflows
Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
Hands on knowledge of security framework within Oracle
Ability to lead and build a team which can execute compensation, core and talent module independently
Needs to bring in expertise to mature a team technically
Communication should be excellent
Should be collaborative and team oriented.
In case there is exposure to PeopleSoft it would be an added advantage to understand integrations between PeopleSoft and Fusion
Salary: INR 6,50,000 - 15,00,000 PA.
